The court in its judgment rejected Nawaz Sharif's plea for exemption from attendance and also issued non-bailable arrest warrants. 

Arrest warrants have been issued by the court till September 22. During the hearing, the court said that it has not yet declared Nawaz Sharif a fugitive. Additional Prosecutor General NAB Jahanzeb Bharwana said that the court has provided an opportunity to surrender. Giving relief to a fugitive from the law will affect the justice system. The court has the power to reject the fugitive's appeal or appoint a lawyer for him. ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ruled on Nawaz Sharif's application for review of the court's decision to surrender.
